Jan Marginus Somer (22 October 1899 - 3 April 1979) was a Colonel of the Dutch Indonesian Army and a resistance fighter during WWII. He is also one of the founding fathers of the secret Stay-Behind Organisation (SBO) Operatiën en Inlichtingen (O&I) that existed during the Cold War.
