TopSec 703 is a voice and data encryptor
for ISDN telephone networks,
introduced around 1989 by Siemens in München (Munich, Germany).
The device is part of the TopSec family of devices and enables highly
secure calls between parties that use a TopSec product.
The 703+ is compatible with the TopSec GSM.
The TopSec product line was taken over in 2001 by
Rohde & Schwarz (R&S).
