Tracking receiver - this page is a stub - wanted item

M7101 is a mobile radio direction finder (RDF), also known as a Tracking Receiver, developed around 1987 by Micromill in Emsworth (later: Waterberry) (UK). It was used by law enforcement and intelligence services for tracking vehicles, persons or goods under surveillance, commonly in combination with an RF tracking beacon — a covert transmitter — from the same manufacturer.

The image on the right shows the M7101 tracking receiver with external readout, housed in a standard briefcase. Click to enlarge.

The M1701/10 was the same receiver but with 10 channels.
