Fred Hafkamp

Fred Hafkamp (21 March 1934 - 11 May 2016) was a Dutch autodidact cryptologist, who worked for the Dutch cipher authority Code Coordinatie Bureau (CBB) and its successor Nationaal Bureau voor de Verbindingsbeveiliging (NBV). 1 From xxxx to 1992 he was the director of the NBV.

  1. CCB and NBV are internationally known the Netherlands National Communications Security Agency (NLNCSA). Today, the NBV/NLNCSA is part of the Resolience Unit of the General Intelligence and Security Agency (AIVD).
