Roke Manor Research Limited, or Roke, is a British research and development
company, based in Roke Manor, near Romsey (Hampshire, UK),
and is active in the field of (radio) communications, networks,
(electronic) sensors, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science,
information assurance and human science.
Roke was founded in 1956 by Plessey and has since been owned by
GEC-Siemens (1990), solely by Siemens (1991) and
finally by the Chemring Group (2010) [1].
