Panoramic monitoring receiver

PAN-3000 is a high-end
intercept system
with an optional
direction finder
, used by the
Dutch Radio Monitoring Service (AT)
, mainly for locating clandestine radio stations (pirates) and sources of radio interference (RFI). The system is built around an
EB-200 receiver
from
Rohde & Schwarz
and has a panoramic spectrum display. It is the successor to the
PAN-2000
intercept receiver.
On Tuesday 10 March 2026, Crypto Museum received a complete and working PAN-3000 from the Dutch Radio Monitoring Service (RDI). It will be described in full detail on this page in due course.
